Deane Smith performs safety evaluations for personal injury and property loss cases. Expert Witness Services include:

• Inspecting and evaluating the site, equipment, and environment.

• Reviewing the facts of a case, including testimonies, safety documents, and work procedures and comparing this information against safety engineering principles and practices.
  
  
• Preparing a report of the findings, including an analysis of safety standards and responsibilities.
  
  
• Testifying in federal and state courts as a safety expert on the findings of the investigation.
  
  

Evaluations are based on safety engineering and management principles and practices, as established by recognized authorities in the safety discipline. Deane Smith evaluates the facts of a case on behalf of the plaintiff or the defendant. All reports are prepared in a timely and professional manner.
